Dee Catchment Stakeholders

Everyone who lives and/or works within the catchment of the River Dee affects the river and its tributaries, either directly or indirectly and to a greater or lesser extent.

The Dee Catchment Management Plan Steering Group has grouped the River Dee stakeholders into the following interest areas for the purposes of the forthcoming Dee Catchment Management Plan consultation:

  • Land Business
  • Commercial Business
  • Fisheries, Angling and Fish Ponds
  • Water Supply and Waste Water Treatment
  • Infrastructure Maintenance (e.g. roads and bridges)
  • Waste Disposal
  • Tourism and Recreation
  • Aberdeen Harbour
  • Householders
